In this Module 2 I am working with ESL teaching (English Language teaching).
ABC's song - In this video, you can listen to an ABC's song. It is really nice, and at the same time you are listening, you can see the letters of the alphabet. It is a great song to teach the ABC's. Your students will love it!!! I just tried the video some days ago in my 1st grade class, and they kept asking me to play it again. Children love these type of songs, and although they don't realise it, they have fun and learn at the same time.
The Wizard of Oz In this Podcast, you can listen to the beginning of "The Wizard of Oz" story. It is a great story to share with your students or children. It is good for children to listen to other people speaking English, apart from their teachers, and podcasts are the perfect tool to put that idea into practise.
Why children learn faster with English Language gamesThis article talks about how it has been proved that children learn faster when they are playing games. This article proves what I have thought since I started learning English: Children love playing games, and they learn at the same time. They will learn better the ABC's or the days of the week singing that repeating them 5 times.
